WorkMind-Legal

A legal contract review tool: contracts are split by clause and each one is annotated with its risk and its basis. Law text comes only from the official flk.npc.gov.cn, everything runs locally and documents never leave the machine.

How it is built

An Agent and Skill subsystem running on opencode: contract review, legal search and statutory citation. Changing the model or adding a tool never means rewriting the business layer.

One source for law text: only the official flk.npc.gov.cn, fetched directly with no caching anywhere in the chain, so repealed provisions cannot be cited. A list of repealed entries and an offline statute library are maintained alongside, and results are ranked by legal force and currency.

Contracts are split by clause, and each clause is annotated with its risk and its basis — exportable straight into a review opinion.

Five delivered versions from 7.0 to 7.4. The licence is fixed in the repository header; the skill has not been published yet.

Features

What it does

No need to open GitHub — this page spells it out.

01

One source for law text

Only the official flk.npc.gov.cn, fetched directly with no caching anywhere in the chain, so repealed provisions cannot be cited.

02

Clause-level review

Contracts are split by clause and each clause is annotated with its risk and its basis, exportable straight into a review opinion.

03

Results ranked by legal force

Search results are ordered by the hierarchy of legal force and by currency; expired provisions never reach the results page.

04

Agent and Skill architecture

Built on top of opencode agents and skills, so changing the model or adding a tool never means rewriting the business layer.
